The New Media Nurture Platform utilizes results-based offline and online personalized messaging to nudge leads to enrollment, boost retention by keeping customers engaged, encourage additional sales, and provide valuable communications for referrals. The platform leverages communications via email, tracks campaign responsiveness, sends additional targeted messages through a rules based configuration, and then automatically batches those candidates who need personalized direct mail pieces. Direct mail pieces are variable data printed at our in-house printer, stamped, and mailed the next day.

Every prospect receives a personalized HTML email that directs them to a database driven, personalized landing page. Landing page visitor activity is tracked and unique profiles are created within the reporting system for each prospect that records all activity at an individual prospect level.

The reporting system enables you to choose those candidate profiles who have engaged in defined ways for follow up calls, emails, or direct mail. The nurture system's rules-based configuration initially attempts to generate the desired response from the candidate through a combination of email and personalized landing pages. Based on predefined rules, personalized, variable data, direct mail pieces are sent with the candidate's personalized URL to further boost overall campaign response rates.

Personalized direct mail pieces are systematically printed and mailed for those remaining candidates who have been unresponsive to email. The nurture system provides 24 hour reporting access via the web with an array of useful data views and formats. Additionally, the system stores opt-outs and ensures CAN SPAM compliance.
